2. Definitions
2.1 “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Benchmark Builds.
2.2 “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or entity accessing this website and purchasing products.
3. Products and Orders
3.1 We offer customized and bespoke configured PCs for sale through this website. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3.2 When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.
3.3 Orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
3.4 In placing an order you confirm and accept that the 14 day right to cancel does not apply to products made to the consumers specifications or which are personalised. Customized, bespoke PCs fall under this category. This means that customers do not have a right to cancel their order within 14 days once they’ve received a custom PC from us because it was tailored to their specific requirements, and therefor exempt from the standard 14 day right to cancel policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment through credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 We strive to provide you with the highest quality custom PCs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing, via email within 48 hours of receiving your product.
7.2 Due to their personalized nature, custom PCs are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. These products cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.
7.3 To be eligible for a return, your custom PC must be sent back to us immediately in its original condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories for inspection. We will examine the product and notify you of your options, which may be to repair, replace or refund the item.
7.4 If, upon investigation it is decided you are eligible for a refund due to the PC being beyond repair, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for the refund to process.
8. Warranty and Support
8.1 We provide a limited 12 month warranty on our products and components, in line with your statutory rights.
Statutory rights are the fundamental protections provided by law to consumers purchasing products, including bespoke and customized PCs. When a customer buys from us they are entitled to the following statutory rights:
