Frequently asked Questions
The process is simple – give us call, have a no obligation chat, work out the best spec for your needs and budget alongside one of our technicians, and when you are happy that we have the right build for you, we will send you a no obligation quote. If you decide to go ahead and want to place an order we will send you an invoice to pay, and your build will begin. Once complete we arrange collection or delivery as necessary. We can often deliver in person to local customers and offer an additional set up service if required. Alternatively, you can collect in person from our offices, where we will be happy to show you around your new machine. You will of course be kept updated throughout the process, and we are always at the end of the phone if you have any questions.
We always find it is better to talk over your needs first, to ensure that the machine we build meets and exceeds your expectations. If you have specific components in mind, or case preference etc our technicians can ensure compatibility and suitability by talking with you, rather than simply sending you out a generic machine.
This very much depends on how specialised your computer is. Once your machine specs have been finalised we will be able to give you an accurate lead time. For less specialised machines we aim to have delivery within 5 working days.
As every machine is built to order specifically to your requirements we are unable to offer exchanges due to you changing your mind. However, if there are any problems we will of course want to put these right for you immediately.
We will keep you updated as your order progresses. You will also be sent a tracking number once your machine is ready for delivery.
